About Us

Years of mergers, acquisitions and consolidation changed the senior living industry. As owners, operators and corporate VPs, we saw the impact first hand. We also learned how to analyze properties, companies and portfolios to make them as efficient, profitable and attractive as possible. Today we bring that big-business expertise to small and midsize companies that don’t have those resources.

Whether you need help opening, running or filling a property, M+M Healthcare will put together a tactical team to tackle your most pressing challenges using a nationally informed, market-driven approach. We provide expert analysis, in-depth, individualized consultation and precise execution that will position your property or properties for immediate profitability and long-term success. And we’ll do it all faster and more affordably than any full-time hire.
